At Janm Jeweller LLP, we prioritize the security of your transactions. We offer a wide range of payment options to ensure a seamless shopping experience while maintaining strict protocols for high-value purchases.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment for purchases made on https://www.thejanm.com:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay.

  • Debit Cards: All major Indian banks.

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI-enabled apps.

  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks.

  • Mobile Wallets: Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, etc.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available subject to the restrictions in Section 2.

Security Note: All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Janm Jeweller LLP does not store your complete card details or banking passwords.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Restrictions

To ensure the safety of our logistics and inventory, Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered as a convenience but is subject to strict eligibility criteria.

⚠️ COD is NOT Available for:

  1. High-Value Metals: All Gold Jewellery (9K, 14K, 18K, or 22K).

  2. Lab-Grown Diamonds (LGD): Any jewelry containing Solitaires or LGDs.

  3. High-Value Carts: Any order where the total cart value exceeds ₹10,000.

  4. International Orders: All orders shipped outside India must be prepaid.

  5. Customized/Personalized Items: Jewellery made to specific requirements (e.g., name necklaces, engraved rings).

COD Confirmation Protocol: For COD orders that meet the eligibility criteria, Janm Jeweller LLP reserves the right to verify the order via a phone call or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. If we are unable to establish contact, the order may be cancelled.

3. International Payments

  • All international orders must be Prepaid.

  • Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • If you are using an international card, your bank may apply currency conversion rates and foreign transaction fees. These charges are determined by your bank, not by Janm Jeweller LLP.

4. Failed Transactions

If an amount has been deducted from your account but the order status shows "Failed" or "Pending":

  1. Please do not worry; your money is safe.

  2. Usually, the amount is automatically reversed to your source account within 5–7 working days by the banking gateway.

  3. If the amount is received by us but the order was not generated, we will manually process the order or issue a full refund upon verification.

5. GST and Invoicing

  • Inclusive of Taxes: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • Tax Invoice: A valid GST invoice will be provided with every shipment, which serves as your proof of purchase and warranty document.
